PERI-GUM^® ^Mouthwash Concentrate Nature’s Gum Solution^TM “Keep Your Teeth…With Healthy Gums”^TM	How to Use Peri-Gum^® Peri-Gum is a mouthwash concentrate.  It is to be diluted with water when used.  Shake well before use.  Begin using Peri-Gum by adding about 5 drops to 1/2 ounce of water.  Vigorously work mouthwash between teeth and gums for at least 30 seconds (the longer the better).  Gradually increase up to 25 drops (some people even use it straight out of the bottle, but this can be very hot).  Do not swallow.  Use at least twice a day, especially at bedtime, after completion of your normal dental hygiene.  Avoid eating and drinking for 1/2 hour after use.
